I was found this pattern more than 20 year ago from my grandmother patterns collection in Estonian handicraft magazine Maret(07/1940)
I knit it and save it.
I was sure that it’s Niebling but still our days I had’nt confirmation and name. Now I was found it again from Nieblings Kunststricken magazine.
To my mind it’s one of his best composed work.
