Pair No 11 for 2014

I made these toe up and I used scrap yarn in a mosaic style to reinforce toes and heels.

I’m practising to get this to look good as well as be functional.

Beads were added at each stitch whilst knitting rather than threading all the beads onto the yarn. So the end result looks a bit different to the pattern.

I made the cuff as according to the pattern and then grafted the cuff to the top of the socks this way I could keep the integrity of the scalloped edge of the pattern.
