August 12 - I totally make a bit of a mistake with a stitch in the lace repeats - oops! However, it still turned out cute and I will totally wear it. It’s kind of minor but the branches on the upper portion don’t really line up as well - but instead form a different interesting pattern - a design feature I say! It’s blocking now. Pictures soon.

August 8th - I am whipping through this - it’s really fun to knit. I found the errata about the K1 instead of K2tog before getting started so no delays there. The only thing I found weird was that for neither the adult or child size of this hat are the lace repeats divisible by the number of stitches. But, I am glad I just followed the process because it’s working nicely.
