Okay, so: The top is knit from the bottom up. When I cast on for 35” inches worth of boobies, I was swimming - SWIMMING - in a top expansive enough for me and my conjoined twin. So, I frogged the little scamp and tried again, casting on for the 30.5” size. The fit was seemingly perfect and I continued on my merry way, knitting through the cabled bodice and to the straps.

Here’s the thing, though: While the ridged lace section was still a bit roomy, I couldn’t even get the stupid bodice over my head. Aagh! Thankfully, the Pima Melange soaked and stretched like a champ, so I was - after much cursing - able to tuck the girls inside. For a second.
