Notes

Because Meri - she of the Summertime Santa hat - found a cowl on Pinterest and asked if I could pretty-please make her one. The cowl in question? Garter-stitched out of Homespun and punctuated with a simple bow. I told her I could handle it.

Cowl:
Provisionally cast on 25-stitches, slipped first stitch of each row, knit in garter for 56”, removed scrap yarn and seamed ends together.

Bows:
Cast on 16-stitches using Size 10 needles using scrap worsted. Added a pin in the back.

End Result: A squashy double-looped Meri-cowl. Perfection!
