My second attempt at achieving sweater-zen using this yarn. Success!

Notes: I managed to botch up the shortrows during my first attempt. A silly mistake, but one to which I’ll readily ‘fess up, in case there are like-minded sillies out there: I miscounted the markers, i.e., I assumed the “third marker” was the third marker that I had placed when setting up my stitches. In fact, the directions are very literal; the referenced “third marker” is the third marker (and so forth, throughout the rest of the shortrows) that you encounter when knitting that particular row. It’s a moving target.

Update: Added long sleeves about 1.5-years later, as such: Frogged the cuff stitches and resumed knitting from that point. About 3.5” from the underarm join, I decreased two stitches (ssk, slip bor marker, k2tog), then did the same decrease every 1.5” afterwards for a total of six increases. Ended with eight rows of garter (or four garter ridges) before binding off.
