MC Aubergine, CC Carmine. Holding yarn double.

My gauge is off so I’m knitting Medium in the hope of achieving something between Medium and Large.

Using 4.5mm needles for pocket linings and 5mm for the rest.

Mods

• pocket linings 41+1 r,
• CC border 5 r,
• 50 r with MC before inserting pockets,
• after inserting pockets knit another 80 r with MC before separating for arms,
• arm holes 64 r,
• using German doublestitch instead of w&t for shortrows,
• followed this example and used a much smaller needle to pick up all purl bumps and then knitted on the first r of the front edge.
