Using Grumperina's method for cabling without a cable needle.

Mods

  • only cast on 120 st otherwise it became far too large for me,
  • knit 20 r ribbing,
  • on the r before the 1x3 cables wrapped the yarn twice around the needle for the long stitch,
  • knit three repeats of chart B.
