Notes

I’m using dk weight yarn, but the gauge is pretty close, nice, light, and with great drape. I love the way that ByGabs’ looks, so i’m copying hers. :) I’ll do raglan sleeves, though because I don’t like the contiguous fit.

I’m knitting Driftwood with Driftwood and Kelp, so naturally my first thought was of Olympic Nat’l Park. When I went to the pictures, the first ones I found in the same color pallet were those from Taylor Point on our first day in the park this time last year. :)

Didn’t do my raglan math right the first time. Time the second is spot on.

It took me two weeks to get the buttons on. I hate sewing buttons on. :P I LOVE this sweater, though! I just wish it weren’t 90-100 degrees outside. :( I think I might lengthen it in the near future, so I left the bound-off end tucked up, but not officially woven in. It just doesn’t look blocked enough at the bottom or feel quite long enough, but I haven’t blocked or worn it yet, so I’ll see how that goes first.
