This is the example sock I knitted when writing the pattern. This is the result if you follow the pattern to the prick.

I used Regia sockyarn because for an example sock I wanted a yarn that is readily available and does not require stalking.
I dyed the Regia myself. There are 2 different kinds of blue, but the camera would not capture the difference.

Update:
And because it is boring to have just one single sock I made another one. Now I have a pair and use it frequently.
This second sock is done with a checked toe and heel and sole. The pattern however is written for stripes. The sock on the picture with yellow background is modified.
