I’m guessing how much yarn it will take but surely much less than one skein.

I’m using this beanie project as a way to test the shaping instructions in the class handout. I love how it looks and feels in this yarn. I suspect the earliest star stitches were crocheted this way: with big hooks and Danish wool!
