I originally thought to make this yarn into a plain, green EPS with hemmed cuffs, but I really liked the look of this pattern when I saw it, so I started over.

To give the body a hint of shape, I did the garter welt in one needle size smaller than the body. Keeps the bottom from flaring out; I recommend it.

I hated the garter cuffs, so at the end, I snipped the yarn, unraveled the cuffs, and knit plain stockinette. I decreased for a tighter fit, and finished with short reverse stockinette roll that matches the collar.
