22 jan - yay, lace edging complete. i continued the beads on the last two right side rows of the edging to create a continuous zigzag of beads. (and still have dozens left). have worked stocking stitch short rows across the centre 11 lace repeats
19 jan - row 13 done. that’s it for the nupps/bead placement in the chart but i think i’ll do a couple more rows w beads. i’ve still got absolutely dozens left! back on crochet hook, much more efficient!
17 jan - 9 rows of lace edging done. Beads on row 9 applied using dental floss method bc I forgot to grab a tiny crochet hook.
16 jan 2020 - long-tail cast on 363 sts on 6mm needle. only took two tries!
