This is a basic short skirt with a ruffly lace edge and the pattern is set up so it can be knit in basically any size. The number of stitches you use is just the number of inches around your waist times the gauge and then rounded to the nearest multiple of twenty-four.

I know hardly anything about crocheting, but the more little things like this i make, the more it seems to make sense. As you can probably guess, this pattern is really easy. This design is meant for yarn bombing, but really you could use the simple lace pattern for almost anything. When i yarn bomb i never use patterns, but this came out really well so i decided to type it up in case anyone else felt like using it.

This is literally the first hat i ever made or designed. I made it when i was seven, but until now i never wrote out the pattern. It is super easy to make and takes very little time. I mean, if a seven-year-old could do it, so can you!
