Knitting: Cardigan
A slightly cropped cardi coat knitted from lofty, soft and luxurious alpaca is a wardrobe staple and sure to be on constant rotation. An open front and causal fit leave the simplicity of the yarn and design take centre stage.

Knitting: Pullover
White Gum Wool’s She Oak yarn is a beautifully heathered combination of greens, browns and russet, with a slightly felted handfeel. The simplicity of this jumper makes the most of these winter-friendly qualities: a shawl collar to pull up to block the wind or down to insulate the shoulders with another layer, mistake ribbing to add texture, a n...
Knitting: Earflap Hat, Beanie, Toque
Everything about a wombat is square. Their noses, their bodies, even their poo! But they are such sweet faces and little ears. So, a square hat with cute ears simply must be named ‘Wom’.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
The silver lining in cold weather? Knitting and woolly warmers! Especially when it has the lovely silvery sheen of silk.

Knitting: Cowl
One of the wondrous things about knitting is the ability to create a seamless, textured fabric. Slipped stitches, knit below, purls, ribs… we love it all! But especially bobbles. We at Evie & Essie have a bobble crush and so do our small people.
Knitting: Cowl
Like a vine creeping over outstretched branches the broken rib pattern of this cowl is soft and beautiful. This fabulous cowl sits proud and tall under your chin whilst draping softly onto your chest.
Knitting: Pixie Hat
Sugglepot and Cuddlepie are a part of every Australian childhood. Their miniature adventures could happen in any of the patches of bush which surround us, weaving magic in our own backyards. Their little hats are made from a eucalyptus blossom cap and are shaped so much like this bonnet.
Knitting: Vest, Cardigan
Like the sepals of a flower protect its delicate petals, this wee garter stitch vest knitting pattern will keep the back and shoulders snug whilst serious play is at hand. It’s the perfect accent to any outfit: build your base, pop your vest on top, and you’ll have something super sweet.
Knitting: Cowl
We just love it when life inspires us. A birthday (Happy Birthday, Bec!), a family birthday tradition (sparklers on the cake, even though there are magnesium burns on the table!), a beautiful skein of blue Augustbird yarn, and a cute toddlerism (Essie calls 100’s and 1000’s ‘sparkles’) all combined to gives us our Sparkles snood pattern.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Sweet little toes need sweet little socks, so we designed this pair for Finley when he was born. With a gentle ribbed top to keep them on bub’s feet, these will be your go-to foot warmers. A quick knit for gifts, they pair perfectly with our Baby Beeanie.
Knitting: Earwarmers, Headband
Squooshy waffled warmness around the ears and neck, yum yum! Bee stitch is a stretchy textured knit which is only marginally more difficult than simple garter stitch but looks amazing.
Knitting: Scarf
I wanted a scarf for my little girl which was chunky enough around her neck that it didn’t need to be tight to be warm, long enough to knot in place, short enough not to dangle in her way as she played. And here it is!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
We just love bee stitch! It makes .soft yarns feel softer, stripes dissolve into one another, creates a great texture, and best of all… no one has to know that it’s nearly as easy as knit stitch!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
A sweet little stripy textured beanie with a pompon is the perfect way to keep a wee one’s head warm. The bee stitch makes soft yarns feel even softer and makes the stripes appear to dissolve into one another. A pompon on top completes the cuteness. The one in the sample is 35mm across.
