Knitting: Scarf
The Calamistrata scarf combines the practicality of a thick winter scarf with an atypical shape to create a fun pattern that looks much more complicated than it is. Increases and decreases on the edge paired with cables in the center create a gentle, wavy edge, while an alternating background of garter stitch and reverse stockinette adds depth ...

A light, airy stole inspired by where the fairies hide.

Blackberry Leaves is a lightweight, beaded lace scarf. It is the perfect year-round accessory, being light weight enough for the summer, yet cozy enough to wear with sweaters during winter. You add the beads as you knit.
Knitting: Cowl
I have always loved the beautiful and elaborately elegant Venetian masks. Using them as inspiration for my Venetian collection, I designed my Veneto cowl with slipped stitches to recreate the colorful swirls of a Venetian mask.
Knitting: Cowl
This reversible infinity scarf/cowl was inspired by traditional drums. It is knit flat and then the ends are seamed or grafted together. As a bonus, I have included an edging in the pattern that can be added to the ends of a non-seamed scarf to make it match the sides.

Knitting: Beanie, Toque, Beret, Tam
Inspired by the swirls on Venetian masks, Venetia is knit in single row stripes, using slipped stitches to create the cable pattern.

This is an easy slouchy hat that I first knit a few years ago and I find myself coming back to it repeatedly. I came across the original while moving and decided it was time to finally write it down.

The first time we meet Professor McGonagall, she is a cat waiting all night to see Professor Dumbledore while the rest of the world celebrates. Some, probably Dedalus Diggle, celebrate by shooting wand sparks in the air, although the Muggles interpreted them as shooting stars. Although it was reported in Kent, chances are good that McGonagall w...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque, Cowl
I first started making this pattern when I needed a quick Christmas gift for the family gift exchange but wasn’t feeling well enough to go shopping or remember anything complicated. The Broken Rib pattern ended up becoming my go-to pattern for last minute gifts.
Knitting: Beret, Tam
Ludi is the Latin word for games or festivals. It was a time to get out of work early and have some fun. This is a fun, textured hat complete with cables that will keep you warm all winter.
Knitting: Beret, Tam
I originally designed this pattern in order to practice the cables for another pattern I was writing but it has quickly become one of my favorites. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
Knitting: Beret, Tam
I designed this pattern while I was reading Amphitryon in Latin. It reminded me of the play for some reason. There is a pattern for a matching scarf that will be included with the purchase of the hat. I wrote the chart for the scarf and did a swatch but didn’t have enough yarn to finish to scarf, so consider it a bonus gift :)
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Putting a little twist on a classic hat pattern, this is an easy hat that can be done in either fingering or sport weight yarn.
Knitting: Beret, Tam
Taking less than a skein of yarn, this easy lace hat is perfect for transitioning between the seasons.
