Knitting: Baby Blanket
A classic baby blanket with a checkerboard design highlighted with heart motifs. Knit in a soft and washable merino yarn. I used 2 + balls of the LB Collection Superwash Merino. It is a very soft yarn, and an economical choice but you could make this with almost any yarn.

Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
A very wide crescent shaped shawl/wrap with a soft rolling wave at the bottom edge and a ruffled collar at the neckline. It has a reverse stockinette body and contrasting stockinette-ruffled borders. This all season wrap can be worn wrapped around the neck or draped over the shoulders for a more dramatic effect.
Crochet: Necklace, Bracelet
Beads are strung on a fine metallic thread and then slipped onto a crocheted chain to create an elegant adornment. Fine highly spun silk or a mercerized cotton thread such as Presencia Finca Cotton No 5 also produce beautiful albeit different results.
