The Nourish collection is a trio of patterns—shawl, hat and socks—that captures the spirit of Victorian artist and author Beatrix Potter: reminders to play, a deep love of home and hearth, and the wonder and delight of simple things. A carrot enjoyed by a rabbit. The warm embrace of a mother. The things that nourish us, especially in difficult times.

These socks are an homage to my little brother who was born in 1971. He wore 70s style athletic socks with sneakers and pedaled his Big Wheel as fast as lightening. This sock pattern will let you make socks just like the ones we used to wear in the 70s, back when basketball players actually wore Chuck Taylors on the court.

Paintbox Wrap is created especially for mini-skeins, with bands of color that use just one mini-skein each. A simple lace stitch is worked in the color bands, and it can be easily adapted to whatever size mini-skein you have, whether your minis are 10g, 20g, or 25g each.
