The Falling Knots Wrap/Shawl is a great accessory for those cool and breezy fall days when you need something to cover your shoulders and arms. With fingering weight yarn, it is light and airy. Use heavier yarn for a warmer shawl.

The Lattice and Lace Shawl combines bands of airy lace and textured lattice in a triangle shape. The shawl has a garter stitch edge at the top and a ruffled lace finish at the bottom. The size of the shawl is adjustable by repeating the body section as many times as needed.

This is a semi-circle shawl with a ruffled edge. I call it Half Sun because of the yellow-orange color of the yarn I chose and the half circle shape of the shawl with right and left slanting stripes in the pattern that remind me of sun rays.

The pattern came to life one day when I was looking for a scarf pattern and I came across the Onerva shawl by Sarma. I really liked the geometric shapes and lines of the shawl and I decided to make it into a scarf. The scarf has pointed beginning and ending and looks great with fringe.
