This is the multi-size version of Tabitha’s Mystery, the Fall 2010 mystery KAL for Tabitha’s Heart group. It is written in standard pattern layout rather than being broken up into clues.
Knitting: Scarf, Shawl / Wrap
This versatile little shawl will be a must have addition to your wardrobe. Not only is it a wrap for those cool evenings, a topper for a sundress, or a chic kerchief-style scarf; it even works as a beach cover up when tied around the hips.
Knitting: Ankle Sock, Mid-calf Socks
This sock was born from my inability to knit a plain vanilla sock. I keep trying to knit plain vanilla socks but when I get to the top I simple must add some sprinkles. This lace and cable pattern is perfect for spring and summer wear. The easy-to-memorize makes it a great traveling sock. The lace pattern is bold enough to stand up to self-strip...
Knitting: Brimmed Hat
Inspired by the bold hats worn in the Edwardian Era and named for a survivor of the Titanic, this felted hat is ridiculously quick to knit due to the loose gauge and large needles. It practically knits itself.
Knitting: Beret, Tam
This stylish spiral lace beret is named for the graceful fronds of the lady fern that gently bend in the breeze. The hat looks great on the wrong side too. You get twice the wardrobe enhancement for half the knitting. In cotton, it’s a cool, clever summer hat; in wool or alpaca it’s a warm but fun winter hat.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This deceptively simple cabled hat uses an easy-to-memorize cable pattern that is attractive but quick-to- knit. It looks good with the brim rolled up or down. The hat makes a great gift for guys or gals.
Knitting: Accessories - Other
There are two version of this pattern. This version s the mystery version of the pattern for the Winter 2010 Mystery KAL in the Tabitha’s Heart group. The second version of the pattern is my Green Chic pattern. There are a few differences between the two patterns. This pattern does not contain photos of the finished project, has only one s...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This sweet lace hat has an interchangeable ribbon at the brim. The ribbon can be also used as a drawstring to turn your hat into a cute little bag. It may also be jazzed up with a decorative flower or pin at the top of the brim.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Evan is a cabled beanie-style hat featuring a wide, ribbed cable repeated around the circumference of the hat and then shifted to the right with subsequent repeats resulting in a spiral effect. The cable ribs are then decreased into points to form the crown of the hat. The pattern is bold enough to stand up to most variegated yarns but also look...
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Owen is a simple sock adorned with two wide cables running from the toe to the cuff and up the back of the leg. The pattern is bold enough to stand up to most variegated yarns but also looks fabulous in solid colors.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
The Medusa Cascade is a swirling, colorful rift in time and space from science fiction. This lovely yarn reminded me of those swirling colors but it just didn’t cooperate with most stitch patterns. This versatile little shawl was specifically designed to showcase that gorgeous but uncooperative skein of variegated yarn. The uncomplicated stitch ...
Knitting: Ankle Sock
I adore variegated yarns but always struggle finding the pattern to highlight those colorful indulgences. This simple design is perfect for those beautiful yarns. It is named for the swirling rift in time and space from the Doctor Who series. This quick-to-knit ankle sock is sure to become a warm weather favorite.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
This fun-to-knit lace sock got its name from my frustrating struggle to find a stitch pattern that wouldn’t disappear in “naughty” variegated yarns. The result is this light and lacy sock that’s just right for spring and summer wear. Easy enough to make it an excellent traveling sock but interesting enough to prevent boredom.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
Aragorn, Strider, Wingfoot, Elessar. Ranger, warrior, healer, king. This deceptively easy but bold lace and cable pattern is masculine enough for the Aragorn in your life, without being dull to knit. It looks great knit in a more feminine color too. It’s a perfect match for the Aragorn Scarf and Aragorn Hat.
Knitting: Scarf
This irregular open lace reminds me of seaweed floating atop the ocean waves. The scarf is light enough for that essential spring accessory. The optional beads give it a bit of sparkle. Knit from a single skein of fingering weight yarn, this project is a perfect stash buster. The intermediate level lace stitch has a short pattern repeat but it i...

Knitting: Scarf
Due to popular demand, this pattern is being offered individually. It is also offered as part of a collection of all five of the Arwen accessories (Arwen Cowl, Arwen Cloche Hat, Arwen Fingerless Gloves Arwen Keyhole Scarf and Arwen Slipper Socks) in the ebook Arwen’s Elven Accessories.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
A wrap worthy of Arwen. The scallops in the border echo the hilt of the sword of her beloved. The lacy body reflects the peaceful elven beauty of Rivendell.
Knitting: Cloche Hat
Multi-sized pattern includes sizes for most infants through adult. I don’t have any little sample shown because I just don’t have any little people in my life for whom to knit. All but the largest size can be knitted from 100 yards of yarn or less. This is a terrific stash buster project.
Knitting: Cowl
At the prompting of my friend Linda, I added another piece to Arwen’s elven accessory set – a cowl to ward off the evening chill of Rivendell.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
These delicate little gloves will keep your hands warm without interfering with the use of your fingers. Perfect for wearing while knitting or doing other hand work. These gloves coordinate with the rest of Arwen’s elven accessories.
Knitting: Scarf
Everyone needs a fun scarf for the winter. This ridiculously long, striped scarf promises to be lots of fun to wear. Knit in
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
These socks were designed while catching up on episodes of my favorite television show. The little boxes reminded me of the windows of that mysterious blue call box and the toe forms a spiraling vortex, so naturally the pattern is named for my favorite doctor.
Knitting: Ankle Sock, Slippers
These cozy slipper socks are just perfect for keeping tender toesies warm in the winter. Worsted weight yarn makes them thick, warm and sturdy - your could even wear them in place of shoes! This is the two-color variation of the Amber Waves Slipper Socks pattern.
Knitting: Scarf
This flirty, little scarf with it’s slightly scalloped edges is narrow enough to double as a belt, sash or even a hair band yet long enough to be worn a variety of ways from flowing freely to wrapped around the neck French style. The flexible stitch pattern lends itself to all sizes of yarn, just pick the needle size that matches your yarn.
Knitting: Ankle Sock, Slippers

Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
I adore lace socks. I have been fascinated with them since the very beginning of my sock knitting adventure. This design originated after my attempt to knit the Dublin Bay sock from Mossy Cottage Knits - my first non-plain sock. I loved the lace panel but was just never happy with the huge stockinette panel along the front. So over the course of...
