Ronda is a city in the south of Spain with a long celtic, roman and moorish history. Three bridges span the Tajo canyon more than 100m above the ground. This mountainous landscape was inspiration for this capelet.

Just like the convivencia era in Spain brought together Muslim, Jewish, and Christian craftsman in Andalusian Granada and Cordoba (which led to a lively cultural interchange) the convivencia scarf brings together lace and stranded colorwork knitters.
