Clare’s Knit Club brings together everything I love most about knitting: beautiful patterns, plenty of inspiration and the simple pleasure of knitting alongside other people. Rather than a traditional monthly membership, the Club gives you the freedom to choose the pattern collections that appeal to you. There’s no programme to follow and nothing to catch up on. Just choose what you love, knit what you fancy and come along for the ride.

Hi, I’m Clare, a British knitting pattern designer who loves to design knitting patterns for shawls, cowls and small joyful knits that fit around busy lives.

For me, knitting isn’t just about making things…

• It’s about creating a little calm in a busy day and giving your brain something different to focus on.
• It’s a break from screens and a chance to connect with other people.
• It’s creativity without pressure.
• It’s choosing the project that fits your mood - because not every day calls for the same knitting.
• It’s permission to have more than one project on the go, so there’s always something that feels right.
• It’s creating memories - years later, you’ll pick up a shawl or pair of socks and remember exactly where you knitted it, who you were with or why you chose that yarn.
• It’s finding joy in the process, not just the finished object.
