2336 Shawl
This shawl mixes eyelets and textured knitting to create a shawl that is lightweight and comfortable.
Using any fingering weight yarn, you can adjust this pattern in a number of ways. It is written as stripes that decrease in size as the shawl progresses, but you can feel free to be creative. As it is written, the pattern uses approximately 310-390 yards of each color, depending on a number of factors.
It is best to use a lighter color for the textured section, as the pattern is more visible this way. Trust me - I’ve tried it both ways and with the darker, something just gets lost. Nonetheless, I’d LOVE to see what you create!
Happy knitting!
