‘Bay Wrap Sweater’ is a top down, drop-shoulder aran patterned sweater. You will be starting from the back, picking up sts to form both fronts, then combine front and back to knit flat until ribbing. Then, assemble the fronts and start ribbing in the round. Lastly, pick up sts to make sleeves and knit until your desired sleeve length to finish the garment.

Bay Wrap Sweater is high-intermediate level pattern mostly explained by chart, so chart reading ability is required to knit this pattern. Also, since various aran patterns are included, it may be difficult for those who are not familiar with knitting.

The pattern mainly consists of chart and some narrative explanation along with video tutorials on how to make an 3st i-cord and assemble the fronts, how to sew the front part. Other tutorials required to finish this pattern are not included, so familiarize them in advance through other channels like youtube or books.

If you’d like your garment to be overfit and comfy, 15-20cm ease from your bust is recommended.
The original yarn used in the sample consists of baby alpaca. It becomes fluffier after washing, making the garment cozier.
