The Buzzing Beehive Blanket was a surprise project I enjoyed more than I imagined. Worked as written, it’s a throw. Use a lighter weight yarn and go down a hook size, and it becomes a sweet gender neutral baby blanket gift.

Bees do such hard work for our environment. Since we moved to a home with citrus trees, I see the whole tree swarming with them sometimes, and it makes me smile knowing they help us grow amazing fruit and flowers. One small act can create a big outcome.
