I have a very dear friend who works in front of groups of people, she needed something that was easy and quick to get on, and off. Not too warm, but light and cosy. So Gunilla’s Poncho was at first a birthday gift for her. Then there were more iterations, for me, and for her. And now there is a pattern as well. Knitted in a single strand of unspun Nutiden yarn held together with a silk mohair lace thread, it’s a fluffy, light dream. Weighing just over 200 grams, it is quite modest, but elegant, soft and warm. It has an organic knitted textured lace pattern all around the edges.
