Ni Ju is the twentieth day of the 2017 Advent calendar: twenty-four patterns, one a day, to learn to count in Chinese.

It is written 二十: two, two lying strokes, the second one longer, then the cross of ten. Two times ten.

This hat alternates lace columns and purl ribs, above a 1/1 ribbed brim: yarn overs that open every other round, drawn in by the crown up to the top. It is knitted in the round, from the bottom up, in one ball of De Rerum Natura “Gilliat”.

Ni Ju est le vingtième jour du calendrier de l’Avent 2017 : vingt-quatre modèles, un par jour, pour apprendre à compter en chinois.

Il s’écrit 二十 : le deux, deux traits couchés, le second plus long, puis la croix du dix. Deux fois dix.

Ce bonnet alterne des colonnes ajourées et des côtes à l’envers, au-dessus d’une bordure en côtes 1/1 : des jetés qui s’ouvrent un tour sur deux, et que la couronne resserre jusqu’au sommet. Il se tricote en rond, du bas vers le haut, dans une pelote de De Rerum Natura « Gilliat ».
