Simona Camisole
Simona is an elegant, close-fitting summer camisole featuring flattering V-necklines on both the front and back. The shoulders provide bra strap coverage, while the carefully shaped armholes ensure a comfortable and wearable fit.
Delicate eyelet details frame the neckline and armholes, while the piece is finished with a striking lace hem inspired by branching botanical forms.
CONSTRUCTION
Worked seamlessly from the top down, Simona allows for easy length adjustments and includes optional bust darts for a more customized fit. The combination of clean stockinette and delicate lace makes this a relaxing yet engaging knit.
The lace hem is provided in both charted and written form. Since the lace is worked only at the hem, Simona is beginner-friendly even for knitters newer to lace knitting.
The pattern was tech-edited by Marie-Eve Wedge and test- knitted by a wonderful group of knitters.
Sizes 11 and 12 have not been test knitted. If you would like to knit one of these sizes, please contact me for a complimentary pattern copy in exchange for feedback on fit and overall sizing experience.

YARN
The Simona Camisole is designed to be worked in sport weight yarn in plant-based fibres or plant-based blends, such as bamboo, cotton, linen, or viscose, to create a lightweight summer garment.
For my light green sample, I used BC Garn Summer in Kashmir (90% cotton, 10% cashmere; 50 g = 165 m / 180 yards), in the 21 – Reed shade.
For my deep red sample, I used Gazzal Baby Cotton (60% cotton, 40% acrylic; 50 g = 165 m / 180 yards), in the 3442 – Claret Red shade.
For my dusty lilac sample, I used Karlie Paige Fibre Co. Sprout Sport (50% bamboo, 30% linen, 20% cotton; 100 g = 308 m / 337 yards), in the Lilac shade.
You will need approximately: 445 (470; 495; 525) (570; 595; 660; 715) (790; 835; 920; 1000) m / 485 (515; 540; 575) (625; 650; 720; 780) (865; 915; 1005; 1095) yards of sport weight yarn.
