This beanie is one of my most popular designs. The beanie uses Aran weight Yarn and one of the stripes uses a chunky/bulky yarn knitted in garter stitch.

When a bold mix of yarn shades is used this hat can be stunning and when all shades are used in the pom pom it really does stand out in the crowd.

You will need UK 4mm knitting needles, a 3 inch pom pom maker and a darning needle.

The hat is knitted in 1x1 rib for the brim, stockinette for the majority of the hat with a few garter stitch stripes.

100g of yarn will be enough to knit this hat. Full breakdown of yarn required is detailed in the pattern.
