Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This a flexible pattern that is written for an adult Sm/Med but can be adapted easily for smaller or larger sizes. I used a neutral solid for mine but the sky is the limit for your color choices. Be bold, colorful, or natural. Use a smooth yarn or one with a halo. Use acrylic or a natural fiber. The hat can be eft as is or you can add tassels o...
Knitting: Chart
This is a graph for adding cross stitch to an existing blanket or item. There are 2 parts: the center piece and a smaller square that compliments it. It was designed for a woven blanket I purchased but can be added to a scarf, throw, hats knit with smaller yarns or whatever your creativity decides.
Knitting: Cowl
This is an incredibly easy and adaptive pattern. You can make it longer or narrower, taller or shorter. You just will need to adjust the cast on count by multiples of 8 and/or change the number of repeats. This works up quickly for gifting and is easy enough to do while chatting with your family or watching TV.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This is a beginner cable pattern. It is very easy and fast to work up. It’s great for busy work or for not taking all of your attention while watching tv.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
For this project I chose a 2 weight yarn but you can use any weight, just adjust needles for sizes. Also, the larger weight they yarn the less of it you’ll need.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This is an easy and quick pattern to work up!
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
I don’t have a yardage because I used scraps to make this hat. It is perfect for using up larger amounts of scraps and it adds to the uniqueness of the look, too. It helps to have made African Flower motifs before but it is not necessary. To adjust it to a child/teen size simply use a smaller hair elastic and decrease the HDC around the elastic...
Crochet: Billed Hat
This is worked all in 1 piece from top down to the brim. It is written for adult sizes but can be adjusted, just stop increases where you need to and begin the main part of the pattern. I used RHBU but any super drapey ww yarn will work. You do want a soft yarn, though. Otherwise it will bulk up quick. I have recently discovered Purl Soho yarns...
Crochet: Toeless Sock
Knitting: Headband
I have sized this for an adult head but the stitches are in counts of 4. You can decrease by multiples of 4 to fit this to a smaller head. It is a very easy pattern and can be worked up fast once you cast on and go.
Crochet: Brimmed Hat
This was designed using Premier’s Cotton Fair yarn but can also use a Size 3 weight thread or any fingering yarn that can be used with a 3.5mm hook. This is a fun hat because you are only doing a couple rows of each pattern before changing to the next. I would use a cotton or a bamboo yarn or blend for the most comfort and softness.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This a quick work up hat. It can be done in cotton or bamboo for warmer months and in acrylic or wools for cooler months.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This hat is a graphed out version of the famous wallpaper in a very popular BBC show. My fellow geeks will recognize it on sight. After the initial ribbing the hat is worked in knitted rounds for the color pattern. This pattern includes the hat concept and the chart for the color pattern. To shrink it down simply leave off a shape and the corre...
Knitting: Stitch pattern
This is a simple charted pattern for the anime fan in your life, including yourself. Otaku means anime fan or geek. This is kept simple and small so it can be used in a multiple of ways. I have it listed as knitting but it can be used for Tunisian crochet or to add over a simple crocheted pattern.
Knitting: Chart
This is a chart that can be worked into a multiple of projects. If you or a loved one is a fan of anime, especially fairy tales, then you will enjoy working this into a variety of projects. It is kept small so it can be used anywhere you choose; from a hat to a washcloth to gloves to wherever tickles your fancy.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This pattern was created in response to the tragic mass shooting in Orlando. I am making this an always free pattern and including some links within it. These links go to the Human Rights Campaign, a link to the LGBT Centers page and for the GoFundMe page for the Orlando tragedy. These links are wonderful resources and I would ask that you make...
Crochet: Washcloth / Dishcloth
This a fun washcloth or dishcloth. Makes a cute gift for the pirate aficionado or for a friend that has a beach theme going. It works up quick.
Crochet: Washcloth / Dishcloth
This is a simple and lovely washcloth pattern. It works up quickly and can be done in a solid, variegated or with a mix of solids for a more traditional granny look. It can be used as a larger coaster, face cloth, washcloth or as a dish cloth.
Crochet: Toeless Sock
These are made for teen to adult feet sizes. They could be adjusted smaller by leaving out the rows of DC that go around and under the sole of the sock. You can’t adjust the lace pattern too much without leaving out some of the design.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
The hat is worked in knit, on circulars then moved to dpns when narrowing down the top. The eye applique is crochet.
Knitting: Stitch pattern
This is for a graph only. There is no written pattern because it can be used however you want it to be. Many of you will recognize the off road vehicle grill pattern. This started as a thank you cap for my husband’s coworker who is such an aficionado of the type of vehicle that both he and his wife dive one. He even went so far as to name his. ...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I fell in love with the original graph but didn’t care for the crosses. I loved the floral look started with the leaves and wanted to add a bit more feminine a touch so I swapped them for flowers. I also added some grid lines above and below to extend the pattern in length. I love unusual designs so instead of decreasing the pattern and giving ...
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This is a super easy to follow pattern. Basic stitches in a repeating pattern with no joining each row, it is worked in rounds until the brim. Then it is worked side to side. Thirty minutes and you can have a hat! The large hook size makes the bowl of the hat work up incredibly fast.
Crochet: Washcloth / Dishcloth
I have made 7 of these out of 1 ball of Peachs&Creme yarn. They are great face scrubs with just enough texture to help with oils and dirt but soft enough to not scratch.
Crochet: Baby Blanket, Beanie, Toque
I used just over a ball of the green and had half of the yellow and white left. Almost the whole ball of brown left over.
Crochet: Headband
I have included instructions for both the tie and button versions in the pattern.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
I used RHBU and it is listed as a WW yarn but you can sub a thinner WW or a DK weight yarn in place.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Crochet: Cloche Hat
I used 2 balls of main color in RH and AL, only 1 of main color in Bernat. I used small amounts of alternate colors in the all 3 brands.
Crochet: Slippers
These are made in 2 parts and then sewn together. They work up fast and since they are done in worsted weight yarn they are very warm. Perfect for the icy weather and snow we’ve all been dealing with. I made mine with a J hook but I crochet very tight. If you crochet loose or are using a softer yarn (such as Caron Simply Soft) I would go down t...
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This took the better part of 2 balls of the Bernat and almost all of both balls of Hometown by Lion Brand. There are foundation crochet stitches used, triple crochet, front post triple crochet, front post triple 2 together, and some other fun stitches involved in this work. The good news is that because it is in a bulky yarn it works up very qu...
Crochet: Earwarmers
This awesome ear warmer is basic in its simplicity. I used a camo blend but you can use any solid or varied yarn you choose. What takes it from basic to awesome is the hair elastic. This means you can wear it even with a ponytail. Woot! Warning, I crochet very tight and use a stiffer yarn. If you crochet loosely then you may want to go down a h...
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
You can alter the stripes as you choose or simply use a solid color. This was made for a friend using his football team colors, so it has 3 colors in it.
Crochet: Earwarmers
This is a fun way to jump into cables. The headband is fairly quick to work up and has a surprise that you’ll see when you open the pattern. :)
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This is an easy to adjust pattern if need be. Just add or leave off rows to ensure the best fit. Do so in multiples of 4 to ensure the color work plays right. Also, these 2 balls of yarn will go far. I made the hat and the cowl and still have enough left over that I am making a pair of fingerless gloves and possible even boot cuffs with what I ...

Crochet: Applique / Embellishment
Crochet: Cup / Mug
Crochet: Fingerless Gloves
This is a crazy pattern. If you have never worked with African Flower blocks before, and even if you have, you will want to read through the pattern 1st. These are adjustable but since the flower itself is 5 inches across it works better for teen to adult hands.
Crochet: Cowl
This gorgeous cowl compliments the previous Beanie/Slouch pattern I made a few months ago. They make a stunning set. You can make the set as a cowl or a long scarf with just the flowers or even with the border but I am a sucker for cowls. Your best bet, if you have never made an African flower before is to read the pattern ahead of time and mak...
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
For those that aren’t as cheerful during the holidays this hat would be a great wardrobe choice. It is an easy pattern and works up quick. The appliques is what takes the longest. This pattern is sized from child to adult.
Crochet: Boot Cuffs / Toppers
If you are a fan of the show then you knew what these were the minute you spotted them. These cuffs make your mind wander towards sexy bald guys with killer accents and an air of command. These are sure to be a hit. Sizing will be determined by hook and you must know FHDC to complete this pattern.
Crochet: Earwarmers
You will need to know FHDC and HDC2Tog to make this pattern. You can find easy tutorials on youtube and other sites if you have never done these stitches before.
Crochet: Boot Cuffs / Toppers
This pattern is worked in pieces and the sewn together. You must also know FHDC before starting this project.
Crochet: Boot Cuffs / Toppers
This pattern uses FHDC and surface crochet so you will need to know those terms before you begin.
Crochet: Boot Cuffs / Toppers
This an easy pattern with new stitches to learn. There are photos to help with the wording and the reason for the multiple hook sizes is that it changes the sizing instead of having to do different stitch counts.
Crochet: Balaclava
My family loves the games, the cheesy 90s movies, the whole deal so when they mentioned sub zero temperatures this coming week inspiration hit.
Crochet: Crochet Hook Holder
This is a pattern for a 6 hook case. The pockets are wide enough you can store a couple of smaller hooks together so it can hold more than 6 hooks if needed. It is easy to make and works up very quick. The case, stitch markers (not shown) and hook reminders were done all in 1 evening.
Crochet: Brimmed Hat
This easy cotton hat can be done in a multitude of colors so it works for everyone. This one is actually for a coworker of my hubs. My husband and I both have hats made off this pattern. Do not worry about the ripples in the brim, they disappear with washing and wearing.
Crochet: Cowl
This delightfully simple cowl can be worn around your neck or pulled up for those breezy days. Made with Red Heart’s Boutique in Cappuccino it is light but warm and wonderfully soft and squishy. It works up quickly and makes a lovely addition to your wardrobe or a stunning gift.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This is a very simple and quick to work up slouch hat. It can be done in variegated yarn but it really looks good in solids. You can knock one of these out in a couple hours. This makes a great last minute expansion to your wardrobe and a quick last minute gift.
Crochet: Costume
This awesome pattern is a brain child of my husband who is a big gamer geek. He has this favorite video game where he battles dragons and this is the helmet the character wears. After I made the Viking one he sent me a pic and a wish and this was the result. The stitches of the pattern are not hard, they are basic stitches. It is the sewing pie...
Crochet: Hats - Other
I did not specify a yarn amount because, as I am sure you can tell, it is a yarn eater. Also, there are adjustments factored in depending on the additions to the helmet: earflaps, horns and length and optional additional braids. Just plan on using a lot. :)
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This is a detailed pattern for the experienced crocheter. I have included pictures to help with the written pattern but this would be confusing for a beginner. But if you enjoy a challenge and want an awesomely gorgeous hat to wear give it a go. This pattern includes both style hats, the beanie and the slouchy.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This pattern uses SC, DC, FPDC and slip stitch to make an angle for the insignia.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Crochet: Necklace
This is an easy pattern that can be adjusted to any size by altering hook size, thread size or adding cast on chains. It makes up in 30 mins and is a great quick gift idea.
Crochet: Edging
I listed the sizes for the half granny shawl pattern I included but this pattern can be used for more than shawl trim. Anything granny style you can use this trim for: kerchiefs, hip scarfs, shawls, blankets, ponchos, the sky is the limit. Have fun playing around with different yarns and hook sizes for the different projects you make. :)
Crochet: Earwarmers
I only used about half of my reflective and chunky yarns. You will have leftovers for embellishments or other projects. :)
Crochet: Scarf
This is a Tunisian crochet project. If you have never worked one before then never fear, it is easy to learn. First you will need to have an understanding of basic Tunisian crochet stitches. They can be found online in helpful youtube videos and tutorials. The ones you will need to know for this project are: Tunisian simple stitch, Tunisian dou...

Crochet: Costume
This pattern is for a newborn. It can be made for larger infants and even toddlers, if you feel like wrestling with one. To make it longer, some babies are all leg it seems, just add more of the non-increasing rows. To increase the girth add more of the increasing rows. The shell pattern will continue to work, no problem. I welcome all question...

This is an easy to work up and quick to make beach set. It can be made up into any colors you choose and makes a great gift idea.
Crochet: Shrug / Bolero
This pattern is for a shrug but there are other ideas in the pattern as well. Very easy and very versatile. The shrug works up in a couple hours and the other ideas vary from 30 mins to, depending on size, a day or more. The reason a few yarns are listed is for the various ideas listed in the pattern. :)
Crochet: Softies - Other
I hate to charge more for a pattern but although he is cute he took longer to make and write up than my others. He is very easy and great for a 1st time effort into the plush world. Only a few basic stitches are needed the rest is color changes and repetition.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Very simple and quick to work up.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
I forgot to mention in the pattern that it includes BPHDC and BPSC in addition to the stitches I mentioned. And again, they are easy to find videos of in case you have never worked with them before. They are so easy and give the work a neat edge.
Crochet: Boot Cuffs / Toppers
These are adult sized but can be adjusted easily to smaller or larger sizes.
Crochet: Cozy - Other
The buttonhole will depend on button size and the handle length will depend on if this is hanging off a purse or bookbag or… so, a lot of variables will factor into the final product of this handy creation. The bonus will be that, unlike the rubber cases you can buy to holster these bad boys in, the yarn will not snap apart and drop the sanitiz...

Crochet: Earflap Hat
This hat is written for adults but can easily be altered for smaller sizes. Yarn colors are listed in pattern.
Crochet: Earflap Hat
This is not a difficult pattern, exactly, but it is a lot of stop and goes. Pieces are sewn on and eyes are stitched onto the hat with yarn.
Crochet: Mittens
I had a request made for a commissioned hat/mittens/booties set and I couldn’t find anything easy to work up. So I made a pattern.
Crochet: Afghan block
The amount of yarn needed is going to depend on the size of the finished product. A scarf is going to take less than a lapghan which will take less than a full bedspread or afghan. The pattern is super easy and quick to work up even with the color changes.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Red and cheery and so cute you can almost hear the music in the background while wearing it. Currently it is being modeled by my Snoopy as the Red Baron statue. Adult large in washable acrylic yarn. You can alter it by changing to green and making an L for Luigi. :)
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
I love the movie, you love the movie and with this hat the world will know that. Easy as pie and utterably adorable works up in no time and if done in cotton can be worn year round. I chose acrylic because it is cheaper and sturdy. This one is modeled by my teen that saw me making it and grabbed it hot off the hook.
Crochet: Earflap Hat
There is some stopping and starting with this pattern but the stitches themselves are simple: chains, SC, DC and HDC. Surface crochet is simple and there are plenty of pics for reference. But, as always, feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you have!
Crochet: Cuffs
I had seen another designer’s skull pattern but my stitching made the sides pull funny. I tweaked it some to make it lay more flat and then after looking at it, and my daughter trying to snatch it from my hands, I made a very simple wrist band to attach it to. This is the results.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This is an easily alterable pattern and the options to vary it are included but feel free to ask me any questions you may have about anything you come across.

Very simple pattern in continuous fabric until second ear flap is attached and pompom is made. Great for all the sci-fi fans!

If you are making the toddler or child’s version you will need to start the ears off with half the stitches so the final product of the ears does not overpower the hat. :)
