We are probably all drawn to that random skein of variegated and/or hand dyed yarn. Usually those One of a Kind (OOAK) skeins. We get our hands on the skein and can’t let it go, but what happens when we bring it home? We are left wondering what to do with it. The Cross Me Knot Shawl was designed for just such a skein of yarn. The crossed stitch...

The aran weight yarn makes this triangular shaped shawl perfectly comfy but still has nice drape. Worked top-down and utilizing increase stitches on right side rows to create a triangular shaped shawl. Finished measurements are approximately 62” x 26” (157.5 cm x 66 cm).

We want to do our part by wearing a facemask, but does it have to be so uncomfortable? With only 1 button, but lots of buttonholes for maximum adjustability.

Anchors Away is a shawlette/cowl. I added a couple of buttons so it will sit nicely around your neck without any fuss.

The neon shades of Perennial by Kelbourne Woolens, reminiscent of the fluorescent colors popular in the ’80s, were the inspiration for this shawl. The pattern is a nod to mesh that was popular with both Punk Rock and Madonna fans. Since nothing is complete without accessories, a few strings of Add-A-Bead necklaces is worked in there too.
