The mitten “Brittas hjärta” is named after my grandmother Britta. “Brittas hjärta” means “heart of Britta” in Swedish. The heart motif is inspired by a table cloth with hearts all around the edges, embroidered by my grandmother Britta a long time ago. Britta was also the one who taught me how to knit when I was a child.

About the mittens:

The Saga cowl was first knitted for my niece Saga, and is named after her. The name Saga means “fairy tale” in Swedish and I think the cowl looks a bit like a fairy tale garment.

Dot line cowl is a fast and easy knitted cowl.
