A large all over lace pattern on a boxy sweater makes this a pretty and extremely comfortable sweater to wear. The diamond lace pattern is repeated in a smaller motif on the sleeves.

The shawl is a generously sized triangle of 72” x 36”. The shawl requires only 4 balls of Astral to knit. The lace repeat is an easy to follow chart. The border is knit onto the live stitches at the end of the main body of the shawl.

The repetitive design across the leg and upper foot looks like a cable stitch but is really a simple combination of increases and decreases.
