This very light weight shawl is a nice accessory for summer evenings. Bands of garter stripes alternate with easy lace patters worked in mohair. The whole piece weighs less than 125 g and the special construction avoids infinitely long rows to be worked.

I got inspired by the idea of combining two geometric shapes – triangles and circles – and the result is the chevron curve. A very long, lightweight crescent shawl, suitable for summer evenings but also very cozy wrapped around your neck several times to keep you warm in winter.

Worked toe-up with a gusset and heel-flap, these combine my favorite ways of knitting socks. Mirrored Inishmore cables running down the sides give an elegant look, while a simple seed stitch variation breaks up the stockinette back and sole.
