I started knitting again in 2011 after spending over 20 years in the telecommunication and high-tech industry working at GTE and Microsoft. I come from an engineering background, and fully intended to get back to another executive level position somewhere in high-tech again. The knitting was to stay productive while doing a job search. Very quickly knitting became a passion and an obsession.

Started buying books, attending classes and buying more and more yarn. Every time I learned a new technique I worked for weeks to improve it or do something new with it. I also discovered that ideas overwhelmed my brain. No sooner then I started a project, I had 20 more that I wanted to do.

I loved sharing what I have learned and what I have done, and most importantly I wanted to teach everyone how to do it.

The process of learning continues. I love seeing the creativity and brilliance of my fellow designers on Ravelry! I am thankful and privileged to be a part of this great community!

About My Designs
Each pattern starts with an image in my head. I leverage existing and create new techniques to make the image materialize. As such, almost every one of my designs is unique, and incorporates something new and not seen before. In addition, even in my simplest designs, I strive to offer new knitting experiences to experienced knitters.
