Kristel Nyberg

I have done design work both on my own for the Finnish online magazine Ulla, http://www.ullaneule.net, and together with Johanna Koski aka Meeri for the books Punokset puikoille and Pitsit puikoille.

My first design love was Elsebeth Lavold and her Viking cables, and that’s the road I’m still on… Though I do love lace too. I like to design for real people in different sizes, not for models.

Tranlations to some of my Finnish free patterns are offered as Ravelry downloads from my pattern store, and by and by I also plan to add more patterns for sale.
