This project is designed to be used with leftover yarn from any other layette item you may be knitting. It is a simple garter stitch bootie although, you could use any stitch pattern.



Any weight yarn can be used on any size needle. As for the gauge of the yarn you cast on 10-20 stitches to find the gauge at which you are knitting. Then check your gauge against her chart to find the number of stitches to cast on to start the booties.
