These cute little jellyfish are made with multiple colors of yarn-- emulating the beautiful colors you see in real jellyfish!
(I call them “candy” because they also remind me of the multicolored hard candies you can sometimes buy!)

Don’t let the idea of working size 5 Perle Cotton scare you away from this pattern! It is held double, making it easy to work with, but you can also do this pattern with a single strand of multicolored sock yarn instead!!

The construction is very simple-- it’s just the details that give these jellyfish their look. What’s best about this is you can make it with whatever colors you like! (For thread, purchasing those “friendship bracelet” packs from your local craft store work great for making multiples in various colors.)

The yardages I estimated are about 20 yards per color. You will also need a small amount of felt for the base of the jellyfish.
