These mittens are super cozy and large enough to wear a liner under if you live in a really cold part of the world! They feature a nice twisted rib cuff, comfy thumb gusset and rounded top.

Combining Lettlopi and Kidsilk Haze in what I like to call “Rustic meets Luxury” resulted in a lovely fabric. The yarns are held double throughout. You could substitute any heavy worsted yarn if you cannot find Lettlopi near you.

They are knit on DPNs (4.5mm or 5 mm depending on how tight/loose of a knitter you are). The pom pom is option and in the sample pair I simply tied them on and left the ties loose so they could be removed.

If you want a smaller pair of mittens just cast on 4 fewer stitches. Shorten or lengthen to accommodate you hand length.

Yarn requirements:
Main Color: Léttlopi (57 g/114 m/124 yds) and Rowan Kidsilk Haze (15 g/126 m/138 yds)
Contrast Color: Oddments of Léttlopi for cuff trim
Optional Pom-pom: Oddments of fingering or sock weight
