You’ve finished a project. You worried there wouldn’t be enough yarn, but your fears were unfounded. There is yarn left over. You can’t throw it away. You’ve been keeping it for years. It’s time to deal with that yarn. Unleash your creativity and have some fun with stripes! The designs for the hats in this pattern were dictated by the amount of scrap yarn available. Experiment with stripes that will take advantage of your scrap yarn. The hats pictured were knit in the 1-6 month size and will look slightly different in the smaller or larger sizes. All five stripe patterns can also be used in larger hats.
