October 30, 2008: Pattern updated to include both written and charted stitch instructions.

The combination of the knit and purl triangles and the variegated yarn seem to move of their own accord. The simple stitch pattern is fun and easy to knit.

Socks are knit top down using DPNs. If you’re familiar with turning patterns around, it would work equally well to knit them toe up (not included).

A second chart is included so that you can knit the second sock so that the pattern goes the other way (chiral).
