The body and sleeves are worked as one piece for the front and back and stitched together at side seams and underarms. The top of the garment is then tacked together at certain points for the shoulder seams, mid-arm, and wrist.

I recommend using a similar weight yarn as the Classic Elite Silky Alpaca because a heavier weight yarn may have too much pull and drag and distort the drape of the garment.
