Pattern calls for one skein of lace weight yarn for a scarf. Use a larger needle than called for in order to achieve a more airy appearance. You can also increase the number of 16-stitch lace repeats to knit a shawl (rectangular) rather than a scarf. For a shawl, you’ll need at least one additional skein, or a total of 100 grams of lace weight yarn.

Pattern includes both written instructions and a lace chart.

This is the same pattern that appears in Knit Picks Independent Designer Program. You can purchase the pattern via Knit Picks by using the link provided above (directly under Needle Size) or via Ravelry by using the link in the upper right hand corner of this page. If you purchase via Ravelry, you have the ability to store this pattern in your library and you’ll also automatically receive any subsequent updates or revisions (should there be any).

Whichever option you choose, I do offer support if you have any questions.
