The original top down mitt was a free pattern.
It stemmed from my early designing days and was simply not properly edited and had just a recipe style instruction that worked for some sizes and not so well for others.

It is no longer available for new downloads – it needed too much work to be a pattern I could stand for.

Anyone who downloaded the free pattern in the past, of course still has access to it.
