  • Quadratura (circularis) Cowl 1 is knitted in the round, bottom to top

  • The textured pattern is simple and runs over 12 rows – but there are only 4 different pattern rows

  • The pattern is charted and fully written out

  • Two sizes – a large 2-skein cowl that can be worn as a capelette, and a smaller 1-skein cowl

There is now a scarf version of this pattern – of course you don’t need it to knit a scarf. You can knit from the cowl charts and make up your own mind about how many stitches and which edging you prefer.
For the more laz…, I mean convenient among us, I’ve provided scarf pattern.
