Gauge and yarn choice aren’t critical for this pattern, since the cowl sizing is flexible. A bulkier yarn will produce a thicker and cushier cowl. Using a worsted weight yarn will produce a floppier and more drapey cowl. When finished the ribbed section is folded so that the thickness is doubled.

Finished cowl is 8.5” long and 12” wide.
