You can make this elegant scarf with just one ball of laceweight yarn. If you have two balls of yarn, you can lengthen and widen it easily into a shawl. Beautiful way to use that one special ball of laceweight yarn in your stash. This scarf can just as easily be made with a heavier weight yarn by increasing the needle size.
