San Gabriel Cowl, with its gentle waves and blue-green tones, invites summer to stay awhile even as the weather turns cold. Beginning with the crochet provisional cast on, it’s knit flat then grafted using Kitchener stitch (links to tutorials are provided for knitters new to these techniques). The body pattern is a simple lace repeat, easy enough for knitters who are new to lace and want to practice. Constructed using Acadia, an exceptionally soft and springy yarn, San Gabriel will quickly become a wardrobe staple.

Pattern includes both written instructions and stitch chart.

To increase length, repeat 18-row stitch pattern. Each additional repeat adds approximately 2 inches to overall length.
