The Sara Lace Cardigan is knit from the top-down and features set in ¾ length sleeves that are knit simultaneously with the upper body. No short-rows!

If you have never knit and/or worn a garment made of lace yarn, you are missing out! It feels lovely, light as a cloud!

The upper back section is adorned with a lovely lace pattern. The cardigan’s fronts are increased and overlap toward the bottom of the cardigan. Alternative instructions are provided for the cardigan fronts, where the fronts overlap more, recommended for larger busted women. Sleeve instructions are provided for short or for ¾ length.

According to the Urban Dictionary, Sara means “princess” in Hebrew, but in Farsi (Iranian/Persian) it means “good as gold”.

She is usually an over-achiever who strives to get accepted on a full-scholarship to a famous university. Sara would love to go to Harvard or Stanford. She also gets annoyed when people spell her name “Sarah”. Why the “h” if it isn’t pronounced?
“Did you hear” Sara got a full scholarship to Stanford! I guess all those straight A’s paid off.”
