Being a social media addicted and an Instagram user I regularly invest some time of my daily routine wandering in the WWW. This is how I scouted Valentina’s Instagram account: (https://www.instagram.com/snailyarn/ SnailYarn). Firstly, I got attracted by the colors of her hand dyed hanks, and then I figured out that she was an Italian dyer. I immediately became one of her followers and sent her a message to arrange a meet up. Every time I get the chance to touch and admire live her yarn I feel so privileged. I’m not sure if I came up with the idea to design one of my shawls using her yarn or if she asked me. Sinergie shawl (Italian word for Synergy), the result of our “synergic” collaboration, is knitted with two hanks of Silky Linen, a divine and lusty yarn base, a blend of BabyAlpaca, Silk and Linen. It’s the perfect comfort knitting piece. Let’s start to rock and roll!

Sinergie Shawl is offered in two versions.
The FIRST shawl is Alpine Lake and Fields of Gold Shawl, where the main body is worked in garter stitch, the Two Colors Alhambra Stitch is worded just in the final border.
The SECOND shawl is Basalt and Rasberry Shawl, where the main body is knitted in stockinette stitch, the Two Colors Alhambra Stitch is worded before the lace band and in the final border.
